And the Winner Is....

Okay....So today is the day that I am supposed to announce the Winner of "The Hallowe'en Tree" book Give-Away! And there IS a winner.....BUT......I have some good news and some bad news to share! So which do want first?

Okay....first the good news....the winning name was randomly selected by my husband this morning before leaving the house, and that Winner is Dark Squirrel Victoria! Congratulations Victoria, please send me an email at artfulgypsy@cfl.rr.com with the mailing address where you'd like your book and Halloween goodies sent!

BUT WAIT....I have some more good news to share, followed by some quasi-bad news. However an additional bit of good news, is that the bad news is not SO bad that it detracts too much from the aforementioned good news! Whew! Did you follow that? Okay....so here it is.

You see, I really hate to just pick one winner...especially when the prize is something that I know my fellow Halloween lovers will appreciate. So I ordered 4 more copies of "The Hallowe'en Tree" book, thereby upping the grand total of winners for this Give-Away to 5! That's good news right? But here's where the 'bad' news comes in! Only the 1st name drawn (Dark Squirrel Victoria) will have her book and Halloween package mailed out pronto, providing she emails me with an address! That's because I only have ONE copy of the book here today.

But the other 4 books have been ordered and are on their way to me as I type. I am not certain of their arrival date, but it should be in just a few days! So the other 4 winners, (should you choose to accept your win with a slight delay in arrival time) will have your prize mailed out as soon as they arrive to me. So if you would like to remain as one of the other 4 winners, then I need you to email me and confirm that you are accepting your 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place wins, and provide me with the mailing address where you want your prize sent. That way, I can get the packages all made up and addressed now, so that they are ready to go out to you the minute the books arrive. Depending on how far away you live, you should still receive your book in plenty of time to finish it before Halloween!

So that's really not such bad news after all is it? 5 winners instead of 1 is still good news, even with a slight delay for the rest of you, don't you agree? But with that being said....I will certainly understand if you just cannot live with that delay, and/or have changed your mind and no longer wish to receive your book! If that is the case, please just let me know, and I will pass your winnings along to the next name I pull from the hat, until all 5 Halloween Tree books have found their new owners! Does that make sense? Good!

I really wish that all of you could have a copy, because if you are a TRUE Halloween lover, especially a nostalgic one.... then it should really resonate with you and reiterate all the things that make Halloween so magical and memorable! I truly hope you love it! :o)
